REFUND POLICY

At Bespoke Education, Inc., we strive to provide high-quality digital mock testing products. We understand that there may be circumstances under which you might seek a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Refund Eligibility: Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (including DSAT – 3 Bespoke Tests, DSAT – Single Test, and SAT/ACT Diagnostic Test), refunds are generally not available once the test or service has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Services Not Rendered: If for any reason we are unable to deliver the purchased product, such as a technical issue on our end that prevents access to your purchase, a full refund will be issued.

3. Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent the proper functioning of a purchased product, and such issues cannot be resolved by our support team, a partial or full refund may be granted at our discretion.

4. Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds for circumstances not covered above will be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at our discretion.

5. Process for Requesting a Refund:

  • 5.1. Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact us within two weeks of your purchase, at store@bespokeeducation.com, with your order details and reason for the refund request. Requests received outside this time frame will not be considered.
  • 5.2. Review Period: Refund requests will be processed as soon as we can, typically within 3 to 5 business days. We will review the circumstances of your request to determine eligibility based on this policy.
  • 5.3. Outcome Notification: We will notify you of the outcome of your refund request via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

6. Miscellaneous: Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser and on the original method of payment. Where a refund is within our discretion, it may instead be issued as a store credit.

This policy is subject to change at the discretion of Bespoke Education, Inc. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
